Being part of ISSD makes a difference in your career. Join our creative team to design, develop and build. We are here not just to make something better, but to achieve things you never thought possible.
Since 2009 we have been taking the mobility technologies we develop at METU Technopark into the field in more than 20 countries, over 80 cities and at more than 5,000 locations. Now we are looking for new teammates to shape the movement of cities together.
A career at ISSD means understanding transportation problems, designing solutions, developing technology and running the resulting system under real field conditions.
The solutions developed here do not stay in presentations or in the lab. They are deployed at junctions, in urban traffic networks, on roads, in car parks and across different mobility scenarios.
Every member of our team can see the impact of their work on the product and its outcome in the field.

At ISSD, growth is not limited to training programs. Working alongside different engineering disciplines, taking part in product development, gaining field experience and solving real transportation problems are all part of the learning process.
We create a working environment that supports our teammates in deepening their technical expertise, taking on new responsibilities and turning their ideas into working systems.
We want to work with people who are curious, who investigate, who take responsibility and who want to see the field results of the solutions they build.
