Next-Generation Urban Traffic Management Platform

MANGO is traffic management software that integrates different traffic systems used in cities on a common digital map and web interface. It collects information from field devices and data sources in a centralized environment.

Thanks to its digital map-based architecture, MANGO makes the current status of the urban traffic network centrally visible. It enables operators to communicate with field systems 24/7, intervene remotely at junctions, review traffic data, and perform analyses based on historical data.

With its flexible and scalable architecture, MANGO can be used not only for dynamic junction management, but also for traffic analysis, incident management, corridor management, driver information, fleet tracking, and various smart city applications.

MANGO modules

MANGO is a flexible platform composed of modules that can be added according to different needs.

Dynamic Junction Management The operating status, active program, signal groups, vehicle density, and CENTRIS connection of signalized junctions are monitored centrally; programs are uploaded remotely and operating modes are changed.
Variable Message Sign Management Messages regarding congestion, roadworks, accidents, alternative routes, weather, and road closures are prepared and sent to selected VMS displays.
Bluetooth-Based Traffic Analysis BLUESIS data is used to analyze travel time, average speed, movements between sensors, vehicle trajectories, and Origin-Destination matrices.
Real-Time Traffic Information and Forecasting Road sections are color-coded according to traffic conditions; information is communicated to drivers through VMS, mobile, radio, and other channels.
Automatic Incident Detection Unusual conditions such as sudden deceleration, stopped vehicles, congestion, road closures, and device faults are created as incident records and transferred to the center.
Integrated Corridor Management Junctions, cameras, sensors, VMS units, and barriers along a route are monitored and managed together within a common structure.
Priority Vehicle Passage Passage requests from authorized vehicles are evaluated; the junction is identified, the vehicle is tracked, and a safe passage scenario is applied.
Task Management The workflow between the center and field teams is tracked, including task creation, assignment, location, status, and historical records.
Fleet Management The location, status, route, historical movements, and communication status of field vehicles are monitored on the map.
Barrier Management The open/closed status of connected barriers is displayed, remote opening and closing are performed, fault conditions are monitored, and movements are recorded.
Performance Measurement Indicators such as travel time, density, waiting time, passage count, faults, and incident counts are evaluated.
Camera Management Live video, location, connection status, and fault conditions are monitored; on compatible systems, direction, zoom, and image settings are managed remotely.
Statistical Analysis and Reporting Hourly and periodic data are compared; road network performance, density changes, junction performance, and incident distributions are reported.
